Nov 5 2022--the video game Vejigantes debuts at the Play NYC game convention scored with original music by Ryan.

Sept 5 2022--Ryan produced the music for a float in Brooklyn's West Indian Day Parade, attended by over 1 million people.

Ryan gave an organ recital at NYC's St. Patrick's Cathedral in Midtown Manhattan (August 7th, 2022). You can listen here.

Ryan's Horn/Organ arrangement of the "Pie Jesu" from Faure's Requiem was published by Briarwood Publications, a division of MorningStar Music Publishers.

Ryan's new work for Organ Brooklyn Vaccinated Spring was recorded and premiered in the LA Phil's Disney Hall June 2021.

Ryan's collaborative composition USA: A Beacon of Hope was used in virtual Veteran's Day 2020 celebrations on PBS stations across Arizona.

On April 6, 2020 Michael Hey's recording of Ryan's Psalm 30: for You turned my mourning into dancing; was played for a 2nd time on NPR's Pipedreams--listen here.

[POSTPONED] On Friday, April 3rd the Seattle Collaborative Orchestra will premiere the new work L'avidite by the band Astoria Window, written in collaboration with Ryan. Listen to some of their music here.

Past Events

• February 17th, 2020: Ryan's piece Introduction and Scherzo for Bass Clarinet and Guitar was played on ensemble Connect's 2019-2020 season in Brisbane, Australia--listen to the recording here!

• April 20th, 2019: Ryan's piece Somavine was performed on the Chicago Ensemble's 2018-2019 season in downtown Chicago.

• Sunday, December 23rd, 2018: Ryan's commission, a Fanfare on "Ding, Dong Merrily on High" was be performed as part of St. Thomas Church's (5th Avenue) Nine Lessons and Carols. The piece was also featured (along with an interview) in the UK's Choir and Organ Magazine (Nov/Dec issue).
  
• Sunday, July 15th, 2018: Prelude and Double Fugue on "IND" was performed in Westwood, Los Angeles.
  
• Monday, February 20th, 2017: Ryan's Passacaglia was performed at the Los Angeles AGO Presidents' Day Festival.
  
• Monday, August 15th, 2016: David Ball will perform Ryan's Prelude and Double Fugue on "IND" at the 2016 International Summer Organ Festival hosted by the Spreckels Organ Society in Balboa Park, San Diego.
  
• Monday, June 20th, 2016: David Ball will perform Ryan's latest composition, Psalm 30: for [. . .] you have  changed my mourning[--]into dancing; for solo organ,  at the AGO  National Convention in Houston, TX. The performance will take place at  Saint Thomas' Episcopal Church.
  
• June 1-4, 2016: Ryan's Introduction and Scherzo for Bass Clarinet and Guitar will be performed at the New Music on the Bayou Festival in Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana.
  
• Sunday, May 28th, 2016: Ryan will perform a solo recital at Trinity Episcopal Church in New Orleans, LA as a part of the church's Trinity Artist Series.
  
• Sunday, April 17th, 2016: David Ball performed Ryan's Passacaglia for Organ on a recital by Duo Corgano (David Ball and Trevor Nuckols, Horn) at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City.
